By accessing or using the AdvanSeq API and website ("Service"), operated by KickMyStart Corp ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AdvanSeq provides a multi-dimensional sequencing API. You send items with numeric dimension scores and a weight profile; we return a ranked sequence with optional calibration questions. The Service includes the API, website, documentation, and customer portal.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse rate limits, or use the Service for illegal purposes.
Free tier: Available at no cost with usage limits (500 sequences/month, 30 requests/minute). No credit card required.
Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds for partial months.
Usage limits: Exceeding your plan's sequence limit will result in HTTP 429 responses until the next billing cycle. Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary throttling.

You retain ownership of all data you submit through the API. We process your items solely to provide the sequencing service. We do not use your data to train models or share it with third parties, except as required by law.
You can export your job history at any time via the API (GET /v1/jobs/{id}/export) or request full account data deletion.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Paid plans with SLA guarantees (Scale tier and above) are subject to separate SLA terms provided at signup.
The AdvanSeq API, scoring engine, algorithms, documentation, and website are the intellectual property of KickMyStart Corp. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to our IP beyond the limited license to use the API as described in these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KickMyStart Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
